GREEN BAY, Wis. — Green Bay police arrest a woman suspected of fleeing a traffic stop and injuring an officer.
Stephanie Ray had been wanted following the April 13 incident near the intersection of W. Walnut Street and S. Chestnut Avenue.
According to police, Ray was pulled over after an officer noticed the registration plates did not match the vehicle. She allegedly became combative with officers and tried to drive off with one of them partially inside. That officer suffered minor injuries after being dragged and thrown from the vehicle.
Criminal charges are pending.
