Not going to lie, this may haunt your dreams.
Thanks to good ol’ COVID-19, many of us were stuck working at home for a long time. Some of us still are working at home. I was lucky enough to only work from home once or twice. Being in radio, it really sucks working at home, so I hated it. Many people love it, though. It’s the comfort of your own home, lets you keep an eye on the kiddos, more freedom, etc.
However, what sort of long-term effects will we see from this? Researchers have created a computer model to show what future humans could possibly look like as we evolve for working at home, and the results are terrifying.
Some of the future remote worker’s features include a hunched back with raised shoulders, and red, swollen eyes from staring at screens all day. Another lovely feature includes a permanent claw for a hand, as your hand is curled around the computer mouse for long hours every day.
To top off the list of beautiful future human features sees us having weight gain, a weak immune system thanks to insufficient fresh air, anxiety, and depression.

Keep in mind this is just a computer model and really have no science to back it up, just speculation. Still though… eek.
