Britney Spears Teases ‘Volume 2’ Of Memoir Coming Next Year

Britney Spears' memoir, The Woman In Me, may be full of bombshells, but she still has more to say. The pop icon is already teasing a follow-up that could arrive as soon as next year. She shared a video of a man hitting a drum with a gavel-like instrument on her Instagram, along with the caption: “Humor is the cure to everything !!! Play on !!! Volume 2 will be released next year … get ready!” Sources close to Spears, however, told Variety that there is no Vol 2 officially in the works yet. The Woman In Me was only released last week, when Spears proclaimed it “the highest selling celebrity memoir in history.” It's No. 1 on Amazon's lists of most-read and nonfiction books, but official sales figures won't be available until this week.
