APPLETON, Wis–The Courtney Woolen Mill along the Fox River has a new owner. Lawrence University closes on the purchase of the historic structure.
The school is still developing plans for the building. The Courtney Woolen Mill was built in 1880. It closed this past spring. Terms of the purchase have not been released.
