BLACK CREEK, Wis–The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Department is on the scene of an active situation in Black Creek. The incident is taking place along East Burdick Street.
Nearby Black Creek Elementary School has been placed on lockdown. Officials say there is no direct threat against the school itself.
People are asked to stay away from that area.
