MENASHA, WI — A Manitowoc man is arrested and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence-Fifth Offense.
41-year-old Nicholas Roedell was pulled over on U.S. 10 near Racine Road in Menasha just before 11:25 PM Saturday for a speeding violation. The State Trooper conducting the stop noticed signs of impairment. A search of Roedell’s vehicle after his arrest turned up marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
He was then taken to the Winnebago County Jail.
