According to a new study from the University of East Anglia in the UK, a freshly backed slice of pizza could be all you need to reduce your stress levels! Apparently, you don’t even need to eat it, which is crazy because… like, why wouldn’t you?
The study says that just a smell of a warm slice of pizza can improve your mood and calm your nerves! Just a whiff of pizza triggered a noticeable drop in anxiety. The study concluded that the smell of pizza associates the brain with feelings of warmth, comfort, and happy memories.
