Maybe I’m the one, but I certainly did not have “Stalker High on Drugs” on my “Meaning of James Blunt’s ‘You’re Beautiful’” bingo card. It is the 20th anniversary of Blunt’s #1 smash hit, and the artist took to his X account to reveal for fans the true impetus behind its penning. So yeah. If you’ve ever grabbed an acoustic guitar to serenade your love, you actually missed the mark…by a really, really long shot…but I guess what did we expect from a dude whose surname is Blunt?
