WATERTOWN, WI–A Dodge County man is charged with possession of child pornography.
70-year-old Michael Smulders of Watertown was arrested by the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office. That followed a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which led to an investigation of Smulders’ online activities.
Smulders was booked into the Dodge County Jail on a charge of Possession of Child Pornography, which is a felony.
The case is now before the Dodge County District Attorney.
