MENASHA, Wis. — No one is hurt after a car goes into the water at the Menasha Marina.
Surveillance video released by Menasha police shows a vehicle going through a parking stall, over a sidewalk, and down an embankment before entering the water shortly before 9 p.m. Tuesday.
The woman behind the wheel was able to escape and free her 1-year-old child with the help of witnesses.
Investigators believe the incident was caused by confusion in vehicle control.
