MANITOWOC, Wis. — Criminal charges are filed in connection with an alleged Manitowoc murder.
Kirk Dunn is facing counts of first-degree intentional homicide and reckless endangerment.
Dunn allegedly exchanged fire with the victim along Dewey Street Sept. 23.
The victim was taken by witnesses to another address, where he died.
Dunn faces life in prison if convicted.
