ONEIDA, Wis–Three members of an Oneida family are accused of starving and neglecting a 14-year old girl. Walter Goodman, Savanna LeFever, and Kayla Stemler are facing counts of Chronic Neglect of a Child with a Consequence of Great Bodily Harm.
According to the criminal complaint, Goodman, LeFever, and Stemler lived in the home with the teen, who is Goodman’s daughter.
After a 911 call about the girl’s condition in August, first responders found the child weighed just 35-pounds and was bed-ridden.
All three suspects face up to 100-years in prison if convicted.
