OSHKOSH, WI — A Neenah man arrested for drunk driving twice in the same day will spend 53-days in jail.
Tevin Rogge is sentenced in Winnebago County Court on charges of 2nd and 3rd Offense O-W-I. Rogge was initially stopped for drunk driving in Menasha back in April–before being released from police custody.
Two hours later, he was stopped again in Fox Crossing for erratic driving.
