OSHKOSH, Wis. — An Appleton man is accused of stealing cell phones in Oshkosh.
Police say the 31-year-old met up with people who listed cell phones for sale on Facebook Marketplace but did not pay for them.
The suspect allegedly took three phones between Dec. 22 and 27.
He was arrested by Fox Crossing police last Friday.
Criminal charges are pending.
