It seems too easy, but it makes a lot of sense. Welcome to another edition of “Social Media Recipe Hacks.” I am a total sucker for these, and my algorithm reflects my fascination in every way. There are countless saved videos in my profile. Most die in my feed, failing ever to make it to my test kitchen, mainly due to the fact that, once I save them, I can never find them again – ironic, isn’t it? But every once in a while I’ll bite (literally and figuratively), and give ‘er a go. This one is gonna happen!
I am excited about this on every level:
* This requires zero outside effort. No special trips to the store. No major financial investment. Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, and jam are pantry staples in the Vitrano home.
* It’s 3 total ingredients…nice!
* It’s a break from cottage cheese. Why is just about every recipe hack that I see rooted in cottage cheese? I like cottage cheese, but man, after a while, everything just starts to taste like, well, cottage cheese.
* We are a carb house, and this is right up our collective alley.
* Listen to that crunch!
* Laura Nightingale has a British accent, and that just seems to lend credibility to her kitchen.
So let’s go!
This is the point at which I would lay out the instructions in detail, but this one is so frighteningly easy that one watch of the InstaReel and you’ll have it memorized. Happy baking:
