NEENAH, Wis. — Neenah police are able to free a deer stuck in a soccer net. Officers were called to the 1000 block of East Forest Avenue around 8 a.m. Sunday when the homeowners noticed the whitetail buck stuck in the net in their backyard……………
The officers were able to cut the netting to free the deer, which did escape with some of the net still twisted in its antlers. Officers say the deer appeared to be tired but was otherwise uninjured.
