The Outagamie County Highway Department wants to change the look of the Railroad Street and Highway CE intersection.
According to Planning Engineer Joe Zellmer it would be called a restricted access or RCUT intersection. He says drivers going north or south would take a right turn on CE, make a U-turn and then go north or south in the opposite direction.
The public is invited to a public hearing tomorrow afternoon to hear more about the plan and provide input. The meeting stars at 4:30 p.m. at the Kimberly Village Hall.
