Judge refuses to issue injunction blocking De Pere Schools quarantine requirements

A Brown County judge will not issue an injunction blocking COVID-19 mitigation policies in the De Pere School District. Substitute teacher and parent Stephanie McManus is suing the district claiming that the quarantine requirements result in too many kids missing too many days of in-person learning. She wanted the judge to act immediately to block that requirement. The case itself will continue.
