A Brown County judge will not dismiss attempted homicide charges against a teenager accused in an attack along a De Pere trail. The defense for Miles Cruz tried to argue the criminal complaint filed in the case contained no evidence supporting an intentional homicide count. Cruz is accused of attacking a woman that was walking her baby along the East River Trail back on October 4th. The judge found that there is enough evidence to bring Cruz to trial. No new court dates have been set yet.
