Oshkosh Police have located a missing teenager. Fifteen year old Jordan Coenen walked away from Mercy Hospital around 1:50 this (Friday) morning. Coenen was under the care of the Winnebago Mental Health Institute at the time. He was located around 10:30 this morning. His whereabouts were not released.
