The proposed new Hy-Vee store in Ashwaubenon will be allowed to serve liquor on premises. The Village Board approves a beer and liquor license for the former Shopko location at the Bay Park Square Mall. Hy-Vee is looking to serve booze at a pub, food hall and patio area. The grocer expects to open its new store by the end of next year.
