An Appleton man is accused of slashing another man’s neck with a knife. Michael Miller was taken into custody by police Sunday afternoon. According to a police report, Miller slashed the 54-year old victim during a disturbance in the 1100-block of West College Avenue around 2:20 Sunday afternoon. He was arrested a short distance away. A police officer helped to stabilize the victim until he could be taken to the hospital. His condition has not been released. Criminal charges are pending.
