The Calumet County Sheriff’s Office confirms the human remains found at High Cliff State Park back in September are those of a 1983 murder victim. Starkie Swenson of Neenah disappeared that year–and John Andrews was convicted of Homicide by Negligent Use of a Vehicle in 1994. Hikers traveling off the trail came across Swenson’s remains in a wooded area. D-N-A was used to confirm Swenson’s identity.
