Unemployment in the Fox Valley continues to fall into never-before-seen lows. The state Department of Workforce Development says the jobless rate in the Appleton area in November was 1.5%–down three-tenths from the month before. Unemployment in Oshkosh fell another four-tenths to 1.6%. Green Bay’s jobless rate dropped three-tenths to 1.7%.
