Gas prices are heading up in the new year. GasBuddy.Com reports the average for regular unleaded increased one cent in the Appleton area last week to $2.88 a gallon. Gas prices in Green Bay jumped seven cents to $3.03. We are paying 92-cents more for gas now than a year ago.
