Outagamie County Executive, and Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Tom Nelson announces he’s tested positive for COVID-19. He made his diagnosis known in a communication with employees in his office. Nelson has been vaccinated against the coronavirus. He was informed of the diagnosis Tuesday afternoon.
