A change in state law may tie the hands of Oshkosh officials when it comes to the construction of a new bridge. The D-O-T wants to know if the city wants to replace the current Jackson/Oregon Street bridge replaced with another drawbridge, a higher fixed bridge, or to have the current bridge refurbished. But City Manager Mark Rohloff says the state will only pay for one of those options.
Rohloff does not have an estimate on the three bridge replacement options.
