Rising costs and supply chain issues lead to lower profits at the Oshkosh Corporation. The vehicle-maker reports net income of six-point-two million dollars for the three months ending December 31st. That compares to profits of 69-point-five million for the same three months in 2021. President and C-E-O John Pfiefer they were stuck building vehicles that were purchased at pre-inflation prices. Pfiefer anticipates profits will recover in the second half of this year as price increases catch up with the rate of inflation in supplies.
