UW-Oshkosh relaxing some on-campus masking requirements

U-W Oshkosh is getting ahead of relaxed mask mandates on system campuses. Earlier this week, outgoing System President Tommy Thompson said he hoped to end on-campus masking by March 1st. Today, U-W-O Chancellor Andrew Leavitt announced masks will now be optional in most buildings on all three campuses. Masks will still be required for now in classrooms, labs, COVID testing and vaccination centers, and the Student Health Center on the Oshkosh campus.
