Winnebago County Executive recovering from surgery

Winnebago County Executive Jon Doemel is recovering from surgery. Doemel had 12-inches of his colon removed on Friday to help with diverticulitis. He had to be hospitalized with the condition late last year. Doemel expects to return to work by the end of the month.
