An Oshkosh man is charged in connection with a February 18th shooting incident on Interstate 41 in Grand Chute. Travis Tarver is charged in Outagamie County Court with First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety-Use of a Dangerous Weapon, Possession of T-H-C and Criminal Damage to Property-Use of a Dangerous Weapon. According to a criminal complaint, a woman told officers a car came up on her passenger side. A short-time later she heard a “tink tink tink” sound. Officers determined the car had been hit with a B-B or pellet gun. Police used traffic camera video to track down Tarver and recovered an “A-K 47-style” B-B rifle, which could shoot 1400 rounds-a-minute. He made an initial court appearance Monday and cash bond was set at $75-thousand.
