A Minnesota man is arrested in connection with a shooting last month in Appleton. 20-year-old Jonathon Yang was taken into custody by St. Paul Police on Monday. He was sought in connection with a shooting that followed a fight on West College Avenue February 13th. That fight involved a group of nearly 20 people. Appleton Police officers responding to the scene heard gunshots nearby. A 28-year-man was injured in the shooting and was treated at a local hospital.
