The state Division of Criminal Investigation executes search warrants at the homes of three members of the Grand Chute Town Board. Sources tell W-H-B-Y News that agents and members of the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Department searched homes belonging to Supervisors Ron Wolff, Jeff Ings, and Jason Van Eperen on Tuesday morning. Van Eperen tells Jason Zimmerman with our TV news partner Action 2 News that the search and questioning dealt with Wolff. There had been questions in the past year about Wolff’s actual residency in the township, and potential conflicts of interest relating to measures approved by the board that affect properties he owns in Grand Chute. The D-C-I has five days to provide copies of the search warrants to us.
