Green Bay woman accused of damaging neighbor’s buildings, fighting with police

A Green Bay woman is accused of damaging her neighbor’s buildings and fighting with police officers. Jessica Monfils is facing counts of Battery to an Officer and Criminal Damage to Property in Brown County Court. Monfils allegedly threw a grill at her neighbor’s garage and then struggled with officers trying to take her into custody last Thursday morning. Monfils claimed she was seeing a leprechaun. She would face up to six years in prison if convicted.
