The city of Appleton has no more “Class B” liquor licenses to give out. City clerk Kami Lynch says the city has met its quota, and future licenses will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
“Class B” liquor licenses allow for the retail sale of intoxicating liquor, including wine.
