A Green Bay woman accused of killing a man and then dismembering him will return to Brown County Court on April 13th. A competency hearing will determine if Taylor Schabusiness is mentally fit to stand trial on charges of First Degree Intentional Homicide, Mutilating a Corpse, and 3rd Degree Sexual Assault. Schabusiness allegedly choked Shad Thyrion to death, defiled his body, and then dismembered him–hiding body parts throughout his basement back in February. She would face life in prison if convicted.
