GREEN BAY, Wis–A Green Bay bus driver accused of drinking while transporting kids on a field trip is charged with drunk driving. James Nelson is facing one count of First Offense O-W-I with a Minor Passenger in Brown County Court.
Nelson allegedly drank beer on the bus while kids from Lincoln Elementary were on a field trip to Madison on Monday. A teacher reported the incident after a student allegedly found a beer can under the driver’s seat.
