GREEN BAY, Wis–The Wisconsin Humane Society is taking care of a dog that was found tied to a fire hydrant in Green Bay. The dog, named “Baby Girl”, was left at the corner of East Walnut and South Clay streets this week.
There was a note with the dog saying the previous owner could not continue to take care of it. There was also a backpack nearby with treats, food, and dog toys.
The Humane Society estimates the dog is six years old and is in otherwise good health.
