GREEN BAY, Wis. — A Green Bay man is accused of making threats against a non-profit agency.
Gregory Williams in charged in Brown County Court with Making Terrorist Threats.
According to the criminal complaint, Williams called NewCap last Thursday, threatening to shoot employees for “not helping him.” The building was placed under lockdown as a precaution.
Williams faces up to three years in prison if convicted.
