NEENAH, Wis. — Neenah police are mobilizing a public effort to help survivors of Hurricane Ian.
Officers are working with several local firms to collect and transport non-perishable items and clean supplies to Florida.
They also need your help. On Wednesday, N&M Transfer will have a semi-trailer at the Pick ‘n Save store on Green Bay Road in Neenah.
People are encouraged to bring items like,
- Water
- Canned or other non-perishable foods
- Disinfectant wipes
- Cleaning supplies.
Those items will be sent to the Fort Myers Police Department, whose officers will make sure the items get to people in need.
