OSHKOSH, Wis. — A Minnesota woman will spend three years in prison for her role in a Neenah murder.
Terran Colwell is also sentenced in Winnebago County Court to four years on extended supervision for Substantial Battery and Aiding a Felon.
Colwell was with Mandel Roy at the time Rodger Ridgeway was stabbed to death in downtown Neenah back in April of 2021.
Roy is charged with Felony Murder and is still awaiting trial.
