GREEN BAY, WI — Two brothers are charged in connection with a fatal shooting incident in Green Bay. Jose and Omar Hernandez are facing counts of being party to First Degree Intentional Homicide and Attempted Homicide. According to the criminal complaint, the Hernandezes fired shots at other men along Clayton Place around 3:30 Saturday morning-leaving one dead and another injured. Police believe the incident stemmed from a fight at a bar earlier in the night. They would both face life in prison if convicted.
