GREEN BAY, Wis. — Two suspects are arrested in connection with a fatal shooting in Green Bay in November of 2023.
The Green Bay Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service Eastern Wisconsin Violent Offender Task Force announced Monday’s arrests of a 40-year-old man and a 41-year-old man in connection with the shooting death of 30-year-old Carlos Otero-Aviles.
He was killed in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 1700 block of Western Avenue while attending a party.
Green Bay police are asking anyone who may have information on this shooting to contact them.
