OSHKOSH, Wis–An Oshkosh West High School teacher is the latest instructor embroiled in controversy for social media comments pertaining to the murder of Charlie Kirk. Dozens of people spoke at this week’s Oshkosh School Board meeting both against and in support of Brian Phelps’ comments, which included a phrase stating “I’ve never wished a man dead, but I’ve read some obituaries with glee.”

The Oshkosh School Board did not have any actions regarding Phelps listed on the meeting agenda.
