APPLETON, Wis–A Hortonville woman accused of killing another driver in a wrong-way crash on Interstate 41 says she is “not guilty”. Rosalie Polsin enters the plea in Outagamie County Court to one count of Homicide by Negligent Operation of a Vehicle.
The 78-year old Polsin was reportedly on painkillers when she drove the wrong way along I-41 in the Appleton area and struck another vehicle head-on back in November of last year. No trial date is set.
