OSHKOSH, Wis. — An Oshkosh man involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash reaches a plea deal with prosecutors.
Drake Dodge is convicted in Winnebago County Court on one count of hit and run involving death.
Dodge struck and killed Ethan Luaders along New York Avenue before fleeing the scene in October of last year. He turned himself in to police the next day.
Dodge faces up to 25 years in prison when sentenced on April 10.
