OSHKOSH, Wis–An inmate is dead following a fight at the Oshkosh Correctional Institution. Oshkosh Police say the 43-year old man was involved in a physical altercation with two other inmates around 3:00 Wednesday afternoon.
The victim was secured by O-C-I staff, then suffered a medical emergency. He was taken to a local hospital, where he died this (Thursday) morning.
The names of those involved have not been released. Oshkosh Police are handling the investigation.
