APPLETON, Wis. — Appleton police are looking to identify a person in connection with a series of theft incidents.
Officers would like to speak with the individual following several thefts from vehicles in the 300 block of S. Linwood Avenue and along W. 8th Street during the early morning hours of Dec. 27.
Investigators also believe there were thefts in other parts of Appleton and in Grand Chute.
