OSHKOSH, Wis. — Criminal charges are filed against an Oshkosh man accused of killing his former boyfriend.
Willie Rollins is facing counts of first-degree intentional homicide and possession of meth.
Rollins allegedly shot and killed the man in a fight over paying bills on Jan. 5. He reportedly walked into the Oshkosh Police Department that day and admitted to the crime.
Rollins faces life in prison if convicted.
