- St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 200 N. Commercial St. 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. when daytime high is in single digits.
- The shelter is staffed with volunteers and has a max occupancy during open hours of 25. They provide coffee, hot cocoa, tea, water, and snacks to anyone that comes in.
